By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms:
General- I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.
- Commission prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
- A commission is not considered booked until payment has been received.Payment
-I only accept payment through PayPal
- Payment is required in full before I begin work.
- Payments are non-refundable once I have started your commission.
- Refunds may be issued only if I am unable to complete your commission.References- Clear visual references must be provided before work begins.
-A detailed description should be provided, including: A brief description of your character's personality, if relevant.Your preferred pose, expression, and any specific details you would like included.
- Major design changes requested after I have started may incur additional fees.Revisions- Minor revisions during the sketch stage are included.
- Significant changes after the sketch has been approved will require an additional charge.
- No major changes can be made once rendering has begun.Turnaround Time- 1 to 2 weeks
- Delays may occur due to personal circumstances. If this happens, I will keep you informed.Copyright & Usage- I retain the copyright to all artwork unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- You may use commissioned artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- You may not claim the artwork as your own or remove my signature or watermark without permission.
- You may repost the artwork with proper credit.AI & NFTs- My artwork may not be used for AI training, machine learning datasets, image generation models, blockchain projects, or NFTs.Cancellation- You may cancel your commission before I begin for a full refund.
- Once work has started, refunds are not guaranteed and will depend on the amount of work already completed.Delivery- Finished artwork will be delivered digitally in the agreed file format.These terms are subject to change at any time. The version in effect when payment is received will apply to your commission.
